General Chemistry Online! provides tutorials, notes, and quizzes for introductory chemistry. Other features include a glossary, an exam survival guide, and over 400 general chemistry links.

ChemTeam provides study resources for all standard topics in high school and AP chemistry, including tutorials and previous AP test questions.

Steve Marsden's Chemistry Home Page provides a resource for high school Honors and AP chemistry students, including complete course lectures and chemistry links.

Gas laws provides an interactive tutorial on the ideal gas law, including some great applets (check out the virtual gas visualization in section 5).

WebElements provides an interactive periodic table with everything you wanted to know about each of the elements and then some. Very complete.

Chemistry Functions provides a unit conversions utility (moles to mass, molarity, etc.), a chemical equation balancer, and an interactive periodic table. Although incomplete, the functions available are very useful.
